You saw Dances with Wolves, I saw Pocahontas. I didn't snore, the special effects were good. I thought it was an enjoyable movie. I can't say "best movie ever" but it was good. I didn't cry. My daughter did, twice, both times that she saw it! I did lean over and ask her if it was almost over at one point because I was getting a little bored with it. It was just before the big stuff at the end, which I thought dragged on a little too long. It was a hit with the 13 year old son. My ex-husband said it was just anti-war, pro-environment propaganda. Since he's part of the Christian right, I pointed out that it had a strong religious aspect to it too and he agreed.

My parents went to go to see it (I decided to stay home cause I have no interest in seeing it). When my mom came back, she said it was good but she thought it was very similar to District 9. I was glad I didn't see it (cause i didn't like District 9 either) lol.

I'll probably have to see it again because I was drunk while I was watching it. It just seems like he took different cultures from different parts of Africa or South America and combined it to make an alien kind of movie. Kind of simple. Great special effects though.
