I guess my point is that 32 year olds don't just have cardiac arrests. "Natural causes" are usually thrown around to imply that someone died of run of the mill old age, etc. Dying of an undiagnosed cardiac anomaly wouldn't really fall into that category. The same could be said for dying from a cardiac arrhythmia brought about by longstanding eating disorders. This isn't really considered "natural causes." I see what you are saying, though. It's really unlikely that a cardiac anomaly was the cause of her death, but before I assume that she was high or under the influence of alcohol, I guess we should wait for the autopsy.
