It is sad for this chapter that just celebrated its 90 year anniversary last Spring at UMD, both as Phi Sigma Delta and ZBT. However, for the good and welfare of the chapter this was the best decision. The current chapter was experiencing problems with leadership and chapter management. At least the chapter can re-colonize in the Fall 0f 2013 and I know the expansion team will work with both Phi Sig Delt and ZBT alumni with the transition back to chapter status.
