Your alumnae panhellenic will probably ask you to fill out a form, send a transcript and resume' - they will then share that information with their members, who MAY then write a recommendation.
It would also be a good idea to have your mom ask her friends if they are NPC members or if they know any NPC members. You'd be surprised how many women in your mom's, aunt's, teacher's circles turn out to be NPC members.
