Regarding my post, I meant to say that I needed help coming up with ideas for an all out party for all the bigs and littles. Someone in my class mentioned a one day cruise or just going to the club. I am unsure of these ideas because it seems like it could be a big risk management issue.

Yayyyyy! Haha yeah, it sounds like it to me, too. Maybe ask an adviser for your chapter for ideas. For my chapter, we had to fill out an event planning form and have all of the details planned out way before.
