Is that the hairstyle where the bangs are diagonal across the forehead, and the owner is always flicking his head to the side like he has Tourette Syndrome?
Similar, I think- in the greater DC/Baltimore area that style with the bangs carefully directed across the forehead with the shaggy sides (not short, that would be mulletville!) is called a lacrosse boy shag, as it seems just about every guy lacrosse player in this area has it.
