How did you find Greek Chat?

I was an inactive KD alumna for about 10 years when I decided I wanted to get involved again. While I was getting in touch with my local AA and waiting for their next event, I thought I'd try to find other KDs online. Somehow I ended up here.

I'll admit I showed up with a bad attitude and I have no idea why. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to shake the bad impression I made and, I guess, continue to make. Maybe my tenth year here will be better. Here's hoping.

For what it's worth coming from someone who HASN'T been here 10 years/has a low post count (come on guys.... I would have had to post as a 12-year-old; plus I got my first big kid job), I always thought you were one of the nice ones.

Maybe it's because your messages aren't accompanied by a barrage of smilies. The degree of which I read into what people say is inversely proportional to their desire to use emoticons.
