Altoona also does give out 4 year degrees at its campus, however most students do what's called a "change of campus" to University Park within two years. I don't know if that counts toward having all 25 NPC chapters at one school, but I certainly think it's a cool fact about PSU. =)

There's a couple of PSU satellite campuses that have AST. Behrend does.
