I'm going to respond in case the OP was talking about an informal rush where you go to each group at your own pace. The sorority should not penalize you because you weren't the first one in the door. As a matter of fact, you may have a better conversation because everyone is hitting their stride and losing some of their nervousness as the night goes on. Don't, however, come running in 5 minutes before time is up just to say you were there. Pace yourself to visit all the groups.
