no, i am not at an SEC school. i have missed recruitment though at my school though. i know there are some sororities that do COB throughout the year, and some hold a small spring recruitment period. as for boyfriend...he has not kept me from any other activities. it was my foolish judgement not rushing sophomore year and at trying to keep both of us happy, because i obviously am not pleased with the decision that i made. but everyone makes mistakes. however, as for my parents...we don't have any family that lives near us, they reside either way upstate (and they are elderly) or in another state. that truly was something i didn't have any control over, believe me...i asked around for help. i am involved in other activities, but my heart is set on greek life.

If this is something your "heart is set on", then check out COB/spring recruitment.
We can't tell you for sure if you'll get a bid, but at least you tried.
Depending on your school, the chapters may prefer mostly freshmen and sophomores.
There's no harm in trying and just seeing what happens.
I'd advise you to try this year rather than next though.

Any any chance is there a sorority colonizing at your school this year? They'll want a small senior class...when DG colonized at NCSU in the fall, we even took a few Seniors graduating in Dec...instant alumnae!
