if you go to college, unless you barricade yourself in your room and never socialize with anyone, you will be exposed to alcohol and partying.
make your own decisions about whether or not to participate. you're a big girl and no one is forcing you to do anything.

Your nationals are some of the hardest fighters against alcohol.
In the context of it, he's not in a position to say that fraternities aren't allowed to pool their money for boozin.

Ah gotcha. Well I just know that the national fraternities at my school can't use their collected money to buy alcohol (but some can ask for StuGov money  or go through a third party vendor).
