A diamond shaped badge nametag would be very cute! You could get gold/silver foam/cardstock, cut into a diamond shape and put a black diamond on top. Write the member's name instead of/in addition to your letters with a gold/silver paintpen. Decorate with clear or light blue rhinestones or pearls (probably just at the points--it could get very time-consuming and expensive for the whole thing!)
My friend's ADPi chapter did McDonald's themed nametags for Philanthropy day. There was a red square with the sister's name on each and golden arches above the square.
