So...Penny and Daniel...interesting.

I know Daniel claims he can prevent the chain of events that caused Flight 815 to crash, but I have to wonder if any of the survivors will even want that at this point...Jack's life was a mess, Kate was headed to jail, Jin was a reluctant hitman with a terrible relationship with Sun, Juliet was trapped on the Island with Ben...and so on. Thoughts?

If they end up back in our present that would mess up the future...

It is all so confusing, first Daniel says he can't change the past....but then he thinks he can...

and both his parents send him on trip that they know will wind him up in the future where they know his mother is going to shoot him....it all makes no sense...

Besides being half brother and sister and not knowing it, how do Penny and David know each other?

I am also confused on where the bomb is? And how did the energy from the hatch bring down the plane? I thought the hatch exploded when they didn't press the button....

I think Penny knows Daniel only by name because Desmond talked about him. I dont think they have met face to face.

Didnt Daniel mention something about an accident that brought down Flight 815? And they contained the energy after the accident by pressing the button?
