The e-mail I received from my chapter's president says otherwise. I know its ironic that this was published on April Fools Day, but all the fraternities have been put on probation as of Tuesday, March 31st. All social events that have been planned by the fraternities for the upcoming weekend have been cancelled, and I will be posting updates as they occur. Maybe I should have waited for tomorrow to post the article, but as a Syracuse University student I assure you all that this is true. Usually in this forum the articles speak of only a few fraternities or sororities that are on probation, and I thought that the fact that the entire council was on probation was an interesting and rare occurrence.
