You are probably wondering what happened yesterday. Well, I took her to dinner, and I broke the news to her in the most gentle manner that I could without overcompensating. At first, she looked at me like she was in denial, yet again, but then she burst in tears and asked me, " In my house?", and all I could say to her was, "Yea sweetie, in your house." By the end of the night we were implementing a plan to help her move forward. Things turned out bitter sweet, because while I am engaged, she is filing for a divorce. She believes that it is about time for her to be alone, and I agree.
