They do. In fact at one point in the recent past, I found myself being approached on two occasions by men wearing velour suits, driving chrysler 300s, and wearing a bluetooth. That whole setup is horrible, but the velour suit pushed it over the edge.

I actually saw a woman wearing a velour dress with a full length velour coat over it in an office setting today. I couldn't help myself, I did a double take. I hope my mouth didn't drop open as well.
