I tend to believe very little of what Tamra says b/c of her blatant jealousy towards Gretchen. I also think she's the pot calling the kettle black when she says Gretchen is stalking her yet she's the one claiming she knows about where Gretchen has been and who she has been seeing.
Tamra is just a jealous shrew that is desperately trying to hold on to her youth so of course, she feels threatened by someone younger and prettier than her.
