I think this was just a cut and paste...she didn't write this hilarious story. I think everyone is thinking that she wrote it about her own cat.

All cats have bags of character!

I got that too ZTAngel.
It's pretty close though! We've a cat back home and were also kitten-sitting. Had to move decorations/tinsel up one row of branches from the tree as the cats pawed at them.
Had to move them up further and further as the cats jumped up to get them.

Our cat isn't quite as active as yours, Ally, but she is one for occasionally attacking our feet. She likes to help us with homework by sitting on the papers we have to read.

She's not much of a lap kitty either, but we think that's because she may have been abused before we adopted her. She's such a sweet girl, though, really. And she's a fantastic traveler - we traveled over Christmas this year and she settled right in to both houses we visited. Rydia's smart - just show her where her food and litter are and she's good to go!

I was lucky that my 2 cats did NOT get in the Christmas Tree. However, one of them liked to sleep UNDER the Christmas tree.

I have 2 female cats. They are hellions but I love them to death

attacking, scratching and biting are hardly acts of love. Don't roll your eyes at me for thinking so!

The other day, I was sitting on the toilet, peeing, and my cat decided it was a good time to jump onto my lap.

So yeah. An open door is not an option!

Never said they were. But there you are I made the relevant word BLUE for you. Ally was not talking about attacking. Kittens often playfully nip and scratch at each other when playing together, it is normal behaviour; they are probably surprised when someone doesn't get down on the floor with them and play back.

My cats definitely run around my apartment making sure to touch every surface. They chance each other, if you are in the way..then you get knocked around.

New cat in the house, a year old pound adoptee, is batty over a cat treat with turkey and is shaped like drumsticks. It is meant to be a treat, I call it kitty crack.
The cat can tell the difference in the sound of the packages, I'd run out of the drumsticks, she had a full bowl of food, but whined. So I put some of the food I had on hand in the drumsticks container, shook it and poured it atop her food. She smelled it, really whined, did not want it.
The product is going out of stock at the local market, so I have relatives who live elsewhere looking for it. Who rules the house--Socks the Cat.
She also takes serious issue with the loveseat, flops over, kicks away at it.
