1999-2002
parachute/UFO pants
Timberland boots
Abercrombie & Fitch
The North Face butt packs were the thing for a hot minute
anything with Asian characters on it
using a tiny Louis Vuitton or Coach purse as your schoolbag- just put pens and keys in it and carry your notes in a binder in your hands (guilty)
wifebeaters
the ubiquitous Tiffany & Co. bracelet
Rocket dog platform flip flops

ETA: OK, maybe we're talking about different things. I'm thinking Hammer pants when I see that. I hope it's something different LOL

I was thinking more of the material than the style. They made them in all styles. Also, this is definitely junior high 1999-2001, but the two-in-one pants shorts combo were big. As we're and I shutter to say I ever put them on my body, cargo shorts.

OK, I remember the pants/shorts combos. I didn't think of those as "parachute" pants, though. I put those in the "track pants" category.
And yes, I also fell victim to the cargo pants/shorts trend *le sigh*
