I read on that acne.org site that you're supposed to smear the Neutrogena On The Spot all over your face, then apply moisturizer on top. I did that for two nights and OMG does my face ITCH. It's also really red. But my skin is more clear! Yay!

It was hard for me at first too, especially if it is particularly cold and windy/sunny where you live. It does make you a bit more sensitive to it. I was also trying 2x a day, and that was too much so I backed off and went for just 1. Moisturizer is always needed, I never thought I'd buy it because of the oil, but it apparently is the secret key ingredient. Who knew?
A word of caution: be careful with your clothes. The BP can dye your clothes so be sure to wash your hands really well and watch when you take your shirt over your head (i've gotten some rings on Tshirts that way
