So JuicyCampus is shutting down, great.

It's only a matter of time before a copycat site starts up and does the same thing.

True, but for example, if five copycat sites start up the readership will be more spread out. I know of one gossip site that was before JC, but the problem with JC is that EVERYBODY across the state knew about it. If a lot of copycat sites show up at the same time, it will be hard for one site to have the majority of the market share that JC had.

But yeah, I agree, it's only a matter of time before a copycat website pops up.

Any copycats will have the same financial problems JC did - so probably won't last long.
