Blue eyes are recessive. A blue eyed person only has blue eyed genes. If two blue eyed people are together, the baby has to have blue eyes.

Brown eyes are dominant. If you have brown eyes, you could have two browns or a brown and a blue. Two brown eyed people or a brown eyed and a blue eyed couple can have kids with blue or brown eyes.
