1. Out of the closet. Specifically, his family and straight male friends know.
2. Has either a solid career or realistic and tangible career goals. 3. Laid back and easy-going -- not quite nonchalant, but definitely not combative or a lover of pointless debates. 4. Has an appreciation of my activity in my fraternities (and can understand Greek life as a whole). 5. Does not engage in any hobbies or pastimes that harm himself or others. 6. Attractive. 7. Neither old enough to be my father or young enough to be my son. 8. Masculine. 9. Loyal and trustworthy. 10. Independent. |

1. Girly; I don't want to marry a chick that acts like a guy. 2. Blue Eyes; I have blue eyes, so if our child comes out with brown eyes, I can take appropriate action. 3. Hot Mom; Face it, if a woman's mom is fat...chances are she will get fat also. 4. Able to cook; A way to a man's heart is through his stomach. 5. Healthy; Nice body, stays in shape. 6. Humor; At least enough to laugh at my dumb jokes and make her own up also. 7. Intriguing; I can't define this...just something that draws me to her. 8. Loyal and Honest; Extremely important! 9. Kindness; Willing to help others, not angry or mean to people. 10. Similar Goals; Such as a family, community involvement, traveling, and career goals. One that would be nice, but not necessary... 11. Rich Family. |

*Sense of humor similar to mine *Driven & goal-oriented ( he should know where he's going in life) *Tangible career goals (i.e. not 23 years old and waiting for his band to get their "big break") *Financial stability (not rich, just able to manage money well) *Well groomed and put-together in appearance (WITHOUT being totally metrosexual). *Manly body type (I hate skinny guys who look like they could fit into my jeans) *A good cook (because I'm not) *Good decision maker (makes decisions that are benifical to his life like not drinking, doing drugs, or spending money wrecklessly) *Intelligent (not just in his field, but is also knowledgeable about other things like cars and taxes) *The kind of guy who takes charge (i.e. he can suggest the plans for the evening instead of saying "whatever you want to do") |
Hell, I can't break it down to 10, but I'll try.
1. An attractive Christian who walks the talk, loves and respects herself. 2. Honesty 3. Someone who doesn't or hasn't slept around. Basically a non hoe if that's a word.:rolleyes: 4. Faithful (hasn't or doesn't cheat. Basically someone who isn't a skank slutty snake). 5. Someone who's not into money 6. Someone without a ragedy sorry weave in her head. 7. Someone who doesn't have fake anything on her body period. 8. Non-ghetto or trashy 9. Someone who doesn't go to clubs or bars. 10. Someone who comes from a close knit family like my own, and loves and respects her parents. |
1. Loves dogs - (I don't want to ever be dogless.)

Puts the toilet seat down - (it's okay if it's only after I explain to him that my dog tries to drink out of the toilet and we use those toilet cleaner tabs in the back of the tank) (I think this also demonstrates his willingness to compromise on the things that are important to me). 5. Has a good relationship with his parents 6. Humble - (doesn't think he's above the waiter or someone who didn't receive as much education as he did) 7. Runs 8. Can drive a stick shift 9. Reliable 10. Hard worker |
