My neighbor has two dachshunds, one named Jaeger, for jagermeister, the beer and the other Stoli, for stolichnaya, the Russian vodka. She got the idea from her aunt who name her two dachshunds Jim Beam and Jack Daniels.
My dachshund's name is Hannibal, for the African general.
