To the OP, many of the chapters on my campus were between 125-140. Many used the ideas KSUViolet talked about. Breaking up into smaller groups helps to have sisters get to know other sisters.
We had something called Kite groups. They changed every week or so, and you were supposed to get together with that group of girls for coffee or something. It was great way to get to know sisters that I didn't usually connect with.
