CT4, I understand, but being a SWer, it's hard to stop and listen to someone constantly whining about their life and they ain't willing to do nothing about it but whine.
She wants a magic wand to fix her marriage or her sex life, she needs to buy a self-help book and a Kama Sutra!
Being a SWer, I've found that after awhile, sometimes you need to stop your clients from lying after hearing the first 5, 10, or 15 minutes of their bemoaning and set the record straight for them.
