I don't think anyone here in Indy is surprised. For one, they named his successor last year and two, he decided last year that he doesn't want to live in Indy and his family moved back to Tampa. He was commuting back and forth during this season.
He is a great coach and a stand up person. He has said he wants to spend more time on other commitments and I'm sure he will have a great impact on those he wants to reach.
