Also I am not sure if every chapter does this or not but for each girl who goes to our pref we have little books (usually just dollar store journals or little notebooks) and a bunch of sisters will write in the book for each girl telling her how great they think she is, how they really want her to be their sister etc. Each girl gets to read her book while at pref but then must return it at the end of the night, then all the girls who go Theta are given their book to keep at pledging. I always thought this was a cool tradition.
