My fraternity has a brother who has done tours in Iraq and pledged at the age of 23. We don't even look at him any differently then anyone else; despite his age and military background. I'd have to agree with whoever posted above me as well, during the pledge process he didn't complain about any of the pledge assignments since they've been over seas and know what real work entails.
