ON our campus no soror. or frat really has a BAD reputation, they just have certain things they are known for. Such as one soror on campus is known as the party girls, the other are proper perky, and kinda materialistic and the phi sigs are kinda just somewhere in the middle go with the flow girls. Don't get me wrong each other soror has some girls who break the mold, but in general this is what they are known for. =)
