But seriously, people are different about running. Some like company, some abhor it. I personally can't stand running with music on, but others swear by it. I think there are lots of things that could help.

Oh, I definitely hate it, but I've missed being able to. I meant
I physically can't do it anymore. I break out in hives if I run for more than 10 minutes. But this year, I want to look into treatments because I didn't always have this problem.
