According to
wiki, it can't be stolen. Otherwise, I'm sure Crystal would have kept it when she found it in Sugar's bag.
I haven't seen the preview where they talk about a marriage proposal, but since this is the week the family members probably come, I'm betting Matty proposes to Jamie.
