I can't say I am well versed in the Chapter Operations of fraternities in general, but I can help you out with the sorority relations and public relations part. My best advice would be to participate in as many chapters' philanthropies as possible, as I know my sorority has good relationships with fraternities that will help us out; we're more likely to reciprocate.
