Shameful... but, then again, do I recall correctly from one of those Pike at Howard threads that such a phenomenon was already predicted?

Yes, I believe so, much to the chagrin of the NIC members (well, notwithstanding that some fraternities are jointly in NIC and NPHC, but you get my meaning).

I'm not sure. I went MIA for a while myself. I just went to the Pike website and they don't seem to have any chapters listed in DC (they have a clickable map). But then, it wouldn't make sense to me that they didn't have a DC alumni association, so maybe it's a problem with the map?
I'm sure someone else will chime in.
