I don't believe this would be a negative experience if the rules and boundaries are set up in the beginning. To say that you won't wear another organizations colors is down-right ridiculous. Just because you belong to XYZ with such and such colors and to not where them because you belong to DEF is crazy to me. I luv the organization that I want to join, but being that I am not a member, I will not be limited to wearing or not wearing their colors or the colors of another organization. Beside that, if and when I do obtain membership my closet will not be limited to my organization of choice colors. On another note, back to the topic at hand, if greek unity is being emphasized, this seems like a positive way to break the ice, as well as get members in their particular organization to learn about the others and present that info in a positive manner. Everything isn't necessarily out to be negative or produce stereotypes.
