I had my badge installed at Convention so hopefully they did it the right way. Not sure which one is the pierced pendant, but I think is the only with a lot of open space, compared to the disc which only as 2 or 3 open holes. I have the pierced.
The clasp does close very tightly. The "needle" is held down by 1 set prongs, space, 2nd set of prongs, space and then the clasp. It is very firmly wedged it!!
To the right (on the circle), I have my Chapter Guard and underneath the Arc.
At the moment, I only have 1 dangle from my collegiate days. I could probably add a few more, but I don't want to spend the money, lol! Besides, I would also have to take it to a jeweler so that they could be added..
Sandy, if the clasp doesn't close, I'd find a jeweler! That way you would have a professional opinion if the pendant was messed up.
I still prefer the "over the heart" but the pendant is so much easier to put on and find, lol!
