Auburn, UF, and FSU are all older campuses that have had Greek systems for quite sometime. As a result, they are quite a bit larger than other campuses such as UNF, USF, and UCF.
I am suprised that USF and UNF did not give you a lot of information on Greek Life. Greek Life is quite large at USF; they have a Greek Row and
eight Panhellenic sororities
While UNF is the smallest of the colleges you mentioned, they do have a thriving Greek life and campus. I graduated last year, and from the emails and reports from friends that I get, there is a new building being added all the time! There are no houses currently, but they will be built within the next few years.
There are five Panhellenic sororities at UNF, Theta being the newest. There is talk, though nothing official, of another sorority being asked to expand in the next year or so, given the large numbers of PNMS.
