As ASTalumna pointed out, try to cater to what college aged guys like and have lots of that

Make rush one big party, guys, especially freshmen guys, are looking to party. Buy lots of beer, lots of whiskey, have lots of food, and lots of girls around. If you take that advice, you will pull in decent guys, I promise.
