Thank you for your help. We are doing most of the stuff that you mentioned in your post. The problem for us us that people who wanted to be greek, have already joined greek organizations on campus. We are having a hard time convincing the non-greek personality guys to join Sigma Pi. But I shall keep in mind stuff that you said.
