I feel like I must defend the boy! haha!
It wasn't just him. I saw many boys walking back from fraternity row wearing things MUCH more ridiculous than what he was wearing. One guy in his pledge class was wearing madras pants and a paisley shirt. Compared to the others, he looked halfway normal.
Although- I am sure their outfits were trying to grab attention. He would never say that though
