I would try to mingle with every sorority. It's wise to be open to all sororities because once recruitment starts, you never know which ones will/won't invite you back each day and you don't want to get your heart set on just one.

Also if you are all over one particular sorority, it could come off as presumptuous and potentially weird them out (especially if you're all "OMG I sooo love XYZ, you're my fave.")

Also even though it's just a BBQ, you should be mindful of what you're talking about with the girls and avoid talking about stuff that you wouldn't talk about during recruitment, suh as partying, drinking, sex, excessive boyfriend talk, you get the idea.

Behave yourself because girls in sororities are taking notice of girls before recruitment and what you do (and what you say) at pre-recruitment events like these can affect recruitment.
