Every year we have cheering and pictures in the yard. After that we go inside, serve cake and punch, and give the new girls their Bid Day gifts. After mingling the whole house is invited out to dinner somewhere. When the girls finally get back to their dorm rooms after dinner they have brand new KD letters on their doors that were hung secretly while they were out.
It's a system that has worked fairly well for us (we're a small chapter), but we would really to do a fun sort of get to know you/bonding activity before dinner. Does anyone know anything along these lines?
