even if you can't come up with the recommendations, i hope that you will go thru recruitment.i am talking in general terms, not about your campus specifically, but every year girls do receive bids that did not have recommendations. at more competitive recruitments it is rare, but even then it happens. good luck to you.

I don't know much about UT-Arlington's recruitment, but I would think that at most schools the members would realize that there are significant barriers to international students finding recommendations and be aware of that. At least I would hope.
