Any SEC school. Ole Miss, UGA and UF in particular come to mind, but any SEC school would meet all those criteria.

UGA and UF are both great public schools. Ole Miss not so much, but everything else about the school makes up for it. Vandy, UGA and UF are all significantly better schools (academically) than anything else in the SEC.
