I'm not an SGRho, but since I'm awake.... Diamond97, sometimes there are books that are in limited release for a reason. If you can't find it in a commercial bookstore, borrow it from a friend, or find it on
www.abebooks.com, it's probably not meant to be read by the public.
As a side note, if you're in the DC area, the author of the most recent AKA history book will be doing a public signing during their centennial.
