Can a mayor be THAT retarded about animals?

Not only stupid, but cruel, too. He's sentencing them to starve to death, probably. Were there no folks in town that would adopt the dogs? There were only 10 of them when he let them go, but depending on whether this "animal shelter" neutered/spayed them, there might be more wild dogs in the area soon! This guy lacks common sense.

Arkansas has differing state laws that us... Probably a kill order and a transition to research facility... Whereas, it's illegal in other states. I dunno. But, the mayor's logic is like--wow. That is what happens when smart people don't vote.

Making the dogs fend for themselves? How does that work with domesticated dogs?

I know a very good dog vet in Dallas. How does that work where animal sheltering has failed? And my husband JUST visited U of AR in Pine Bluff for a consulting gig!!!
