Actually David Strauss was my favorite prof but I enjoyed Obama's class as well. I only had a chance to take one class with Obama but took about 3 with David, and he spoke at our graduation too. Plus, he thought my comments were insightful...

Regarding Obama's DNC lobbyist/PAC policy
No, for real, though, I heard that lobbyist PAC money for the DNC represents only about 1-2 percent of all they take in, so it's impact is more symbolic than anything. But it's something his supporters, and independents looking at Obama, can feel good about.
*well, I guess everyone except the lobbyists who must apparently all be the scum of the earth*
But since we asking all kinds of crazy questions, ahem, ahem
will an Obama victory be sending a certain former student to DC? (you know law school connections have been known to work out pretty well for peeps....)
