If anyone is to "blame" for the photos, it would be her parents, not the photographer. At her age, her parents HAD to agree to with those photos since she's not 18 and I'm sure she doesn't manage herself.

Funny story: during freshman year, some dormmates and I went to a party at UCLA. One of the girls with us was bombed and saw Danica across the room - and ran up to her, saying in this sweet, drunk, dramatic voice, "It's Winnie Cooper! Hiiiiiiii Winnie Cooper!" and gave her a hug.
