I thought of one. Debbie Gibson. She was a huge celeb back in the 80s and seemed to have had a smooth transition into adulthood.
I still love Debbie.

That's the thing that jumps out at me. If I'm say.. a 50 year old creepy looking guy and I take pictures of a 15 year old girl which look like this, I'm probably going to the pokey for producing child pornography.
How come that isn't on the table?
Perhaps I'm off on what a "child" is under the law?

Here is my question...in 10 years...heck in even 5 years...which do you think she will be remembered more for....?
A successful TV show which culminated in a nationwide tour or some pics in a magazine?
My money is on the show...

Give it a few years....lol.
I feel bad for all these teen celebs. I can't think of very many who ended up ok meaning they're not messed up in the head as adults or they don't have a drug problem. Brooke Shields, Ron Howard. Is that it? My mind is going blank.

If anyone is to "blame" for the photos, it would be her parents, not the photographer. At her age, her parents HAD to agree to with those photos since she's not 18 and I'm sure she doesn't manage herself.

Danica McKellar (Winnie from The Wonder Years) has a Ph. D. in physics from UCLA I believe. (fun fact, she is also an ADPi).

Tia, who is on The Game, just got married recently. Tamara still does some acting.
I was thinking this morning by the time Drew was 15, she had already been in rehab! Still love her.
A lot of child stars did turn out OK, but those are the ones that don't make the news.
