The only way to truly reshape your body is to do strength training. Something like 2% of women have the genes even necessary to become truly massive, so it isn't something most women should worry about. Building muscle can boost your metabolism up to 15%, and something like 60% of your body's muscles are in your legs. So the way I see it, exercises like squats, dead lifts and lunges are really the only way you will ever get a fit body (granted some people just want to be skinny, but I go for fit - I expect it from the guys I go for so I can't hold myself to a lesser standard).
